Enjoy our monthly 'Eat the Seasons' set menu available Monday to Thursday, for lunch and dinner, served here in our Woodbridge restaurant.

To Start



Heirloom tomato & roasted red pepper gazpacho, feta & basil

Cured mackerel sashimi, radish salad, noodles Yuzu dressing

Seared Wood Pigeon, blueberry & blackcurrant cordial gel, toasted hazelnut & pickled beetroot



Main Course



Wild sea trout fillet, “nicoise” style salad, crispy hens egg, runner beans, tapenade & anchovy dressing

“Dukkah” spiced corn fed chicken breast, red quinoa, golden raisins, summer squash & fresh herbs, preserved lemon yoghurt dressing

Open lasagne of Swiss chard, charred aubergine & courgette, thyme & garlic cured sweet tomatoes, herbed ricotta



Dessert



Flourless dark chocolate torte, macerated cherries, cream

Lemon Verbena posset, Lavender shortbread, gooseberry & stem ginger sorbet

Pimms & strawberry jelly, clotted cream pannacotta, elderflower & cucumber granita
