Autumn in Woodbridge

As the night draws in and temperatures cool, Woodbridge still has stacks of things to enjoy this Autumn…
Our riverside market town has to plenty to offer throughout the year, with over 100 independent boutique stores, bakeries, and delicatessens with popular tourist attractions and historic sites in and around the town. Here are a few top picks for your next visit to Woodbridge this autumn.

Rendlesham Forrest
Embrace the crisp autumn weather with a peaceful walk around the stunning grounds of Rendlehsam Forrest. Spanning across 1500 hectares of mixed woodland, there is no better place to experience the beautiful autumnal reds, oranges and greens with a large choice of walking and cycling paths.

Framlingham Castle
Closed midweek from the start of November, this magnificent 12th century fortress remains open at weekends for the remainder of the year, and offers a fascinating family day out in Suffolk. Embark on a self-guided journey of discovery with our themed trails and lively audio tour, and explore the Mere and the wall-walk with its spectacular views over the surrounding landscape.

Bathsheba Spa
If you want to stay out of the cool, spoil yourself to a morning or afternoon of luxurious pampering at the beautiful boutique Bathsheba Spa. We are also proudly working alongside the spa to offer locals and visitors to the area overnight and half-day packages, including treatments, food and accommodation.
