Christmas 'Pear Tree' Cocktail
Bar Manager Lee Lawes shares his favourite Christmas 'Pear Tree' cocktail for you to enjoy this festive season!
12.5ml Absolut Apple Vodka
12.5ml Absolut Pear Vodka
75ml Highhouse Apple Juice
12.5 ml Creme de Mure
You will need a Boston Cocktail Shaker and martini glass to serve.
- In the glass of your Boston Shaker, pour in both parts vodka, the Xante Pear Liquer, apple juice and top with whole ice cubes
- Attach the metal bottom and shake for around 15 seconds
- In your martini glass, pour in the Cre`me de Mu^re
- Double strain the contents from your Boston Shaker into a pouring jug
- Slowly pour the contents from the jug over a teaspoon, into the Martini glass
- To serve, balance small straws on the top of the glass and rest a physalis fruit on the side
