Served lunchtime every day, and dinner Sunday to Thursday.

Water chestnuts, sweet & sour blackcurrant sauce, toffee apple, spruce

24 hour braised ox cheek in Adnams Ghost Ship, red cabbage, bone marrow mash, beer gravy

Pearl barley porridge, leek, muscadet sauce, golden raisins, saffron pickled fennel

 

Parsnip & Pear Tart Tatin

Brassica leaf, shallots, vegan blue cheese
