1. Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.
  2. A gift voucher must be purchased before you are able to enjoy these offers, no voucher, no enjoyment!
  3. Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only.
  4. All Gift Experiences must be used in full. No change can be given, nor a new voucher provided for unused differences.
  5. When using a voucher against a reservation, the voucher number must be quoted at time of booking.
  6. The gift voucher or e-voucher barcode must be presented on arrival.
  7. Any reservation made using a gift experience or voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift cards will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no-show.
  8. Where purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to anyone else.
  9. It is not the responsibility of the establishment to provide a record of the voucher details should it be misplaced.
  10. All bookings are subject to date, availability and changes in terms and conditions. Each individual accommodation package, food and beverage voucher or spa voucher will also have its own terms and conditions which should be read before purchase. We strongly advise booking early in advance. Availability cannot be guaranteed closer to the desired date, and we may be unable to accommodate your preferred choice.
  11. Gift vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date. We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or the voucher barcode is not presented.
  12. Your data is stored by us for the creation and distribution of gift vouchers. Personal information captured includes Purchaser’s name(s), Purchaser’s/Recipient’s email, Purchaser’s/Recipient’s phone number, Purchaser’s/Recipient’s address. No payment information is stored or processed by us, we use a trusted 3rd party payment processor.
  13. Gift vouchers are only valid against bookings made directly with the hotel, bookings made through third-party providers (for example, Booking.com) are not eligible for gift voucher use.
  14. Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or further purchase.

Black Friday Gift Vouchers

  1. These terms and conditions are in addition to those listed above.
  2. All Black Friday vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, vouchers must be booked and redeemed by the expiry date. None of our vouchers can be extended beyond the expiry date.
  3. Vouchers are subject to date and availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and must be quoted on booking and presented on arrival, valid for new bookings only.
  4. A gift voucher MUST be purchased before you are able to enjoy these offers, no voucher, no enjoyment!
  5. Black Friday vouchers are only available as an E-Voucher and no physical gift cards will be available to purchase, we appreciate your understanding on this.

Black Friday 2024 Food and Beverage Gift Voucher Additional Terms

  1. Dinner Date for Two - Excludes catch and grill or the day and the cheeseboard. Subject to date and availability. Not available on special events which have their own dedicated menu such as, but not limited to, Christmas Party Nights. Full voucher must be redeemed in one transaction and cannot be divided up. Voucher valid for twelve months.

Black Friday 2025 Food and Beverage Gift Voucher Additional Terms

  1. Dinner Date for Two - Excludes catch and grill or the day and the cheeseboard. Subject to date and availability. Not available on special event nights such as Christmas Party Nights and New Year's Eve. Voucher must be redeemed in full in one transaction and cannot be divided up. Valid for twelve months.
  2. Lunchtime Fish and Chips for Two - Subject to date and availability, redeemable at Monday - Friday during lunch service only. Two portions per one voucher redemption, voucher to be redeemed in full, cannot be divided up. Should a recipient of this voucher attempt to redeem outside of the available times as stated we have a right to refuse. Maximum of five vouchers per person.
  3. Cream Tea for Two - Subject to date and availability, redeemable Monday - Friday from 10am. Two portions per redemption, cannot be divided up. Should a recipient of this voucher attempt to redeem this outside of the available times stated we have a right to refuse the use of this voucher. Voucher valid for twelve months.
  4. Breakfast for Two - Must be pre-booked, please let us know at booking stage that you intend to redeem a voucher.  Available during breakfast service, please check our website for service times. Does not include mochas, extras such as syrups and alternative milks are charged as an extra. Voucher to be redeemed in full in one transaction, cannot be divided up. . Voucher valid for twelve months.
